Please include the phone number and/or email address you used with us, and a booking reference if you have one, so we can locate and verify your records.

Once we verify your request, we delete the personal data associated with you, including:

We are legally required to retain certain financial records — such as GST invoices and payment records — for the period set by Indian tax law. These are kept only for legal compliance, are not used for marketing or any other purpose, and are removed once the statutory period ends.

We will acknowledge your request promptly and complete the deletion within 30 days (or sooner where practical), subject to the verification and legal-retention points above. We will confirm by email once it is done.
