Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

By confirming a booking with Vitamin Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set out in this document. Effective: 2026 onwards.

EFFECTIVE: 2026 ONWARDS

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made at Vitamin Studios, operated by Cuddles for Cubs Private Limited. These terms apply to Studios A, B, C, and D (The Terrace) and cover all shoot types including commercial productions, test shoots, and recces.

By confirming a booking — whether verbally, in writing, or via payment — you (the Client) agree to be bound by all terms herein. These terms apply to the Client, their crew, talent, vendors, and any third parties present on the premises as part of the booking.

Vitamin Studios reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking confirmation shall apply.

Vitamin Studios comprises four distinct spaces. Each space is subject to its own capacity and usage rules as specified in these terms.

• Vitamin A — Maximum crew capacity: 25 persons
• Vitamin B — Maximum crew capacity: 20 persons
• Vitamin C — Maximum crew capacity: 20 persons
• Vitamin D / The Terrace — Maximum crew capacity: 40 persons

Exceeding the stated crew limit for any studio is a breach of these terms and may result in the shoot being halted without refund. Crew count includes all persons on the premises for the duration of the booking — cast, crew, stylists, clients, assistants, and visitors. Surcharges may be levied for exceeding the crew count.

Please note that Vitamin Studios are not soundproofed. If your shoot involves sync-sound, we recommend assessing the space during a recce before confirming your booking.

Studios are accessible from 6:00 AM. The building requires all occupants to have fully vacated the building premises before 11:00 PM.

We strongly recommend scheduling your end time no later than 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. This allows a minimum of one hour for wrap-up, equipment breakdown, and orderly vacating of the space.

It is the Client's responsibility to ensure their crew and all associated vendors vacate the building by 11:00 PM. Any costs, penalties, or liability arising from failure to vacate in time are the sole responsibility of the Client.

Overtime

Overtime is chargeable and is calculated from 20 minutes after the booked end time. This grace period is provided strictly for final wrap-up and is not additional shoot time.

Overtime rates are billed at the prevailing per-hour studio rate and must be settled immediately upon completion of the shoot as part of the final balance. Continued occupation of the studio without prior approval constitutes a breach of these terms.

Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as described in "05. Payment Terms" under "Advance Payment". No studio slot is held or reserved without a confirmed payment.

No Discount Policy

Vitamin Studios operates a strict no-discount policy. Published rates are final. No negotiation on rates will be entered into under any circumstances, including repeat bookings, referrals, long-term relationships, or off-peak periods.

The only exception to this policy is the Test Shoot rate applicable to friends and family as defined in Clause 11.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. The advance payment may be non-refundable depending on the notice provided. Clients are advised to confirm their dates before making payment. We will try our best to accommodate any force majeure related booking change requests.

All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) to Cuddles for Cubs Private Limited.

Advance Payment

• 50% of the total quoted amount is required at the time of booking to confirm the studio slot.
• No slot is held without this payment.

Final Payment

• The remaining balance — including the base studio fee, electricity charges, overtime (if applicable), equipment rental, GST amounts and any other additions — is due immediately upon completion of the shoot.
• The shoot may not be concluded and equipment / set may not be removed from the premises until the final balance has been cleared in full.
• The GST amount cannot be withheld by the client for any reason as we are fully compliant with govt policies and pay our GST on time.

Electricity

• Electricity is billed at ₹26 per kWh and is metered separately. You may ask us for evidence of the opening and closing meter units at any point.
• The electricity charge will be included in the final balance upon shoot completion.
• Clients are advised to use power appropriately. Any damage to the electrical infrastructure arising from overloading or misuse is the Client's liability and damages may be charged in full.

GST & Withholding Tax

Vitamin Studios (Cuddles for Cubs Private Limited) files its GST returns regularly and in full compliance with applicable tax law. Withholding of GST by the Client is therefore unnecessary and will not be accepted under any circumstances. Invoices are to be paid in full as issued, inclusive of applicable GST.

Cash Payments

Cash payments are accepted subject to applicable limits under Indian tax law. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure compliance with TDS and other applicable provisions when making cash payments. Vitamin Studios will issue a proper receipt for all cash received and the Client will be required to furnish necessary PAN card details as per tax law requirements.

Each studio has a defined power capacity. Clients must not exceed the load limits of the studio's electrical infrastructure. Any additional power requirements must be discussed and approved prior to the shoot.

• Electricity consumption is metered and billed at ₹26 per kWh.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their equipment is within safe load limits.
• Tripping of power due to overloading is the Client's responsibility and will not be grounds for refund or time extension.
• No alterations, connections, or tampering with electrical panels or fittings is permitted.
• Vitamin Studios is not responsible for any damage to Client equipment arising from power fluctuations.

Recces are permitted subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance with the Vitamin Studios team.

• Recce timings are available from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM only.
• You are not entitled to an empty studio during a recce. Studios may be in use or in turnaround mode at the time of your visit.
• Recce duration must not exceed one hour. If your recce extends beyond one hour, an additional charge of ₹5,000 will apply.
• The studio may not be used as a co-working space during the recce. Bringing your team to work, plan, or set up during a recce is not permitted.
• Recces are for visual and spatial reference only. No equipment, props, or sets may be brought in during a recce.
• For technical recces — where you need to test lighting, equipment, or power — you must book the studio at standard rates.

Test shoots are offered at a discounted rate exclusively for friends and family of the Vitamin Studios team.

• Test shoot bookings receive a 30% discount off standard studio rates.
• Test shoots are always lower in priority than commercial enquiries. If a commercial booking is confirmed for the same slot, the test shoot booking may be asked to change its date or move to an available studio.
• Vitamin Studios will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative slot in such cases.
• Test shoots are subject to all other terms and conditions in this document including payment terms, crew count, and timings.
• In good faith it is expected that you credit @vitamin.studios in all your social media posts involving test shoots conducted here.

The following maximum crew counts apply per studio. These limits are set for safety, comfort, and compliance with building regulations.

• Vitamin A: Maximum 25 persons
• Vitamin B: Maximum 20 persons
• Vitamin C: Maximum 20 persons
• Vitamin D / The Terrace: Maximum 40 persons

Crew count includes every individual present on the premises for the shoot — this includes but is not limited to: director, photographer, DoP, assistants, production crew, makeup artists, stylists, models/talent, clients, brand representatives, and visitors.

If crew count is found to exceed the limit at any point during the booking, Vitamin Studios reserves the right to halt the shoot. No refund will be issued in such circumstances and relevant surcharges will be charged.

Vitamin Studios can assist in arranging generators and vanity vans for your production. These are subject to availability and must be requested in advance.

• A parking fee of ₹4,000 applies per vehicle (generator or vanity van) which is billed by us and paid ahead to local parking associations subject to parking availability on that day.
• This parking fee is payable by the Client and will be included in the final balance.
• Generators and vanity vans must be parked on the main road outside the building premises and space is subject to availability. We will try and help to find the space but ultimately the responsibility falls on the Client.
• Fuel, operating staff, and any associated costs for generators and vanity vans are the Client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Vitamin D — The Terrace — is an open-air space and is subject to additional usage rules.

• No cooking gas of any kind is permitted on The Terrace. This includes gas burners, canisters, LPG equipment, or any open-flame apparatus.
• Food & Beverage (F&B) usage on The Terrace must comply with the rules communicated at the time of booking.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring The Terrace is left clean and in its original condition upon wrap, which includes responsible disposal of all trash.
• To use the terrace as a holding area or prop building or equipment storage space the Client must book the terrace space as an add-on to the indoor booking.
• Weather-related disruptions (especially rain) on The Terrace are not the responsibility of Vitamin Studios and do not entitle the Client to a refund or time extension.

Vitamin Studios operates within a building that has its own management rules, and all Clients must comply with these at all times.

• All persons must vacate the building premises by 11:00 PM.
• Noise levels must be kept within reasonable limits, particularly in common areas, elevators, and the building entrance.
• The building elevator is currently defunct. Kindly make necessary arrangements to bring all belongings to the 2nd floor, where the studio is located.
• Parking within the building or on the access road must follow building management guidelines. Vitamin Studios will provide directional guidance upon booking confirmation.
• Smoking is permitted only on the terrace and not within any indoor spaces or corridors.

Clients bringing in set design, props, or large installations must inform Vitamin Studios in advance. Prior approval is required for any structural or load-bearing set elements.

• Sets must not be affixed to walls, ceilings, or floors using permanent adhesives, nails, screws, or drilling without written permission from the Vitamin Studios team.
• Any damage to the studio surfaces, walls, floors, or infrastructure caused by set design or props will be charged to the Client at cost of repair.
• Set construction and breakdown must be completed within the booked time slot. Overtime rules apply.
• Vitamin Studios is not responsible for the safety of any set design constructed by the Client or their vendors.
• No painting is permitted in the indoor spaces.

Vitamin Studios does not offer prop storage as a default service.

• Props and equipment brought in by the Client must be removed from the premises at the end of the booked slot.
• Any props or equipment left behind without prior written agreement will be moved at the Client's risk.
• Vitamin Studios is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to props, equipment, or personal items left on the premises.
• Pre-delivery of props or equipment before the shoot date must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability of storage space and studio timings.

Vitamin Studios offers affordable in-house equipment for rent subject to availability. Equipment is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Equipment availability cannot be guaranteed unless pre-booked before the shoot.
• All rented equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition it was issued.
• Any damage to rented equipment will be charged to the Client at the full replacement or repair cost.
• Clients are responsible for their own equipment brought into the studio. Vitamin Studios accepts no liability for loss or damage to Client-owned equipment.

Studio backdrops are available for use and must be handled with care.

• A single clean portion of the backdrop can be rented out by the Client. The Client is not entitled to use the entire Backdrop roll.
• Backdrops must not be cut, painted, or permanently altered in any way without prior written approval.
• Any tears, stains, or damage to backdrops caused during a shoot will be charged to the Client at replacement cost.
• Backdrops must be properly rolled and stored after use. Leaving a backdrop on the floor or in a damaged state is not acceptable.
• The Client's team is responsible for setup and dismantling of each backdrop.
• Custom backdrop installation (client-supplied) must be pre-approved and may not be affixed permanently to any surface.

The safety of all persons on the premises is the shared responsibility of the Client and the Vitamin Studios team.

• The Client is responsible for ensuring safe working conditions for all their crew and talent on set.
• Any rigging, elevated equipment, or overhead installations must be carried out by qualified personnel only.
• Emergency exits must remain unobstructed at all times.
• Fire safety equipment must not be tampered with, moved, or obscured.
• In the event of an emergency, all persons must follow the building's evacuation protocols.
• Vitamin Studios reserves the right to stop any activity it deems unsafe and the shoot can be terminated without refund.

Airport / Drone Safety

Studios are located in proximity to regulated airspace. Any use of drones or aerial equipment is strictly forbidden by the DGCA and Anti Terror Squad and several other security agencies. Vitamin Studios accepts no liability for any regulatory breach by the Client in this regard.

Vitamin Studios is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all persons on the premises — including crew, talent, studio staff, and visitors.

• Physical, verbal, sexual, or any other form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• Any person found engaging in such conduct will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
• If the conduct involves the Client or their representative, Vitamin Studios reserves the right to terminate the booking without refund.
• Vitamin Studios reserves the right to report any such incident to the relevant authorities.

The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises at all times.

• Alcohol consumption is not permitted during the shoot without prior written approval from Vitamin Studios.
• Any person found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a manner that poses a risk to themselves or others will be removed from the premises.
• Vitamin Studios reserves the right to terminate the booking without refund in such cases.

Clients are expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout their booking.

• Food and beverages must be consumed only in designated areas. No food or beverages on studio floors during the shoot unless part of the creative brief.
• Waste must be disposed of properly. Do not leave food, packaging, or rubbish behind.
• Studios must be left in a reasonably clean condition at the end of the booking. Excessive mess or cleaning required beyond standard turnaround may attract an additional cleaning charge.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all studio spaces.

Vitamin Studios can provide in-house lightmen and production assistants on request, subject to availability and pre-negotiated commercials.

• In-house crew operate under the direction of Vitamin Studios and must be treated with respect at all times.
• Any conduct by the Client or their crew that is abusive or disrespectful towards Vitamin Studios staff will be grounds for immediate termination of the booking.
• F&B is to be provided by the Client for any lighting or production assistants provided by the studio.

Vitamin Studios can assist with transportation recommendations and logistics coordination upon request.

• Vitamin Studios is not responsible for any damage to or theft of vehicles parked on or near the premises.
• Loading and unloading of equipment must be done efficiently and must not block building access or common areas for extended periods.

Vitamin Studios has CCTV cameras installed in common areas and studio entry/exit points for the security of the premises and all persons within it.

• CCTV footage is the exclusive property of Vitamin Studios and is used solely for security and safety purposes.
• Vitamin Studios is under no obligation to share CCTV footage with any Client, crew member, or third party under any circumstances.
• Requests for CCTV footage arising from lost property, disputes, or incidents are subject to review at the sole discretion of Vitamin Studios. We are under no obligation to share footage.
• If required by law enforcement with a valid legal order, footage may be shared with the relevant authorities.
• The Client cannot obstruct CCTV cameras or request for them to be turned off under any circumstances.

Vitamin Studios makes reasonable efforts to assist Clients in locating misplaced items.

• Vitamin Studios is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, equipment, props, or any other items left on the premises — whether during, before, or after a booking.
• Any items found on the premises will be held for a reasonable period and Clients will be notified where possible.
• Vitamin Studios is not obligated to share CCTV footage in connection with lost or missing items. (See Clause 23.)
• Clients are strongly advised to ensure all valuables and equipment are accounted for before leaving the premises.

Vitamin Studios does not require a damage deposit. However, all damages caused by the Client, their crew, talent, or vendors are fully the Client's responsibility.

• Any damage to studio infrastructure, surfaces, backdrops, equipment, or building common areas will be assessed and billed to the Client at full repair or replacement cost.
• Damage will be documented by Vitamin Studios and the Client will be notified promptly.
• The cost of damage repair will be added to the final invoice or raised as a separate invoice if discovered after the shoot.
• Failure to pay damage charges may result in the Client being blacklisted from future bookings.

Vitamin Studios is responsible for:

• Providing the studio space in a clean, functional, and ready condition at the start of your booked slot.
• Ensuring basic utilities (electricity, lighting, air conditioning where available) are operational.
• Providing in-house equipment as confirmed at the time of booking.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the premises during your booking.

Vitamin Studios is not responsible for:

• Any loss, theft, or damage to Client-owned equipment, props, personal belongings, or production materials.
• Delays caused by building maintenance, power outages, or force majeure events beyond our control.
• The creative output of any shoot conducted on the premises.
• Any accidents, injuries, or incidents caused by the Client's crew, vendors, or set design.
• Weather conditions affecting shoots on The Terrace (Studio D).
• Any regulatory non-compliance by the Client, including but not limited to drone usage, food licensing, or talent permits.

By confirming a booking at Vitamin Studios — whether through payment, written confirmation, or verbal agreement — the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
