This Privacy Policy explains how Cuddles for Cubs Private Limited, operating as Vitamin Studios ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you enquire about, book, or use our studio services and our website at vitaminstudios.in.

We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and applicable law. By using our services you agree to this policy.

Vitamin Studios is operated by Cuddles for Cubs Private Limited, a company registered in India and based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We provide photography and video production studio spaces and related services.

We collect only the data needed to provide and manage our services:

• Contact details — your name, phone number (including WhatsApp number), and email address.
• Business / billing details — company or legal name, billing address, and GSTIN where you require a tax invoice.
• Booking details — the studios, dates, times, equipment, crew count, and other particulars of your enquiry or booking.
• Shoot-day records — parking vehicle counts and any parking evidence photos you upload, electricity meter readings, and settlement details.
• Payment records — amounts paid and invoices issued (we do not store full card details).
• WhatsApp communications — messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, and message delivery status, in connection with your booking.
• Website / technical data — basic logs and security data needed to operate the site and prevent abuse.

Staff and team accounts hold a name, email, and (optionally) a phone number used solely for internal access to our booking tools.

• To respond to enquiries and prepare quotations.
• To create, confirm, schedule, and manage your bookings.
• To send you service updates about your booking via WhatsApp and other channels — for example quotation ready, booking confirmed, shoot reminders, on-hold notices, settlement and invoice messages.
• To verify your identity with a one-time passcode (OTP) when you use the public enquiry form or the client booking portal.
• To issue GST-compliant invoices and meet our tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal data.

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) to send service messages and one-time passcodes to the phone number you give us. These are transactional messages directly related to your enquiry or booking.

• Message content, your phone number, and delivery/read status are processed by Meta to deliver the message, subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.
• We send WhatsApp messages only to people who have shared their number with us for a booking or enquiry.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a WhatsApp message or by emailing [email protected]. Opting out of service messages may affect our ability to keep you updated about your booking.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform our contract with you (your booking), and to comply with legal obligations such as tax law. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time as described in Clause 10; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

We share personal data only as necessary, with:

• Meta / WhatsApp — to deliver WhatsApp messages and OTPs as described in Clause 04.
• Service providers who help us run the platform — for example cloud hosting, database, and file-storage providers — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Tax, accounting, and legal authorities — where required by law, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Some of these providers may process data outside India; where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected.

We keep your personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services and maintain our relationship with you, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Financial records (such as GST invoices) are retained for the period required by Indian tax law, after which they are removed.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and restricting access to authorised team members. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you and the authorities of any significant breach as required by law.

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and request a summary of how it is processed.
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data (see Clause 07 on retention and our Data Deletion page).
• Withdraw consent to processing where we rely on consent.
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
